SHIPPING
Items will be posted within 3 days using Standard NZ Post. Postage is calculated per order, depending on what you purchase, but is FREE for orders over $150. If you are a resident in Ashburton (NZ) township, you may pick up your order from me for free 🙂 If you live in the Ashburton District and would prefer to pick up, that’s fine – just email me before completing your order and I will give you simple instructions how you can do this without being charged shipping!
If custom made, I will post your order between 5-10 days of payment, or as discussed during the ordering process.
RETURNS
Please be mindful that you are purchasing a uniquely crafted, one off piece. If you have any problems after receiving your items please contact me to discuss options available.
The measurements I give for each item are as accurate as I can manage using a regular dressmakers tape measure. If you don’t think you will fit it, please don’t buy it – contact me instead so I can make something in your size! It would save you (and I) a lot of hassle and heartache – it’s always so disappointing to anticipate a parcel only to discover that it doesn’t fit!
While I endeavour to get the photographs as true in colour as I can, the colours may vary slightly to the photos shown depending on your screen.
